The National Weather Service has issued a WINTER STORM WARNING for the Capital Region beginning Thursday, February 13 at 10 AM and ending at 10 AM on Friday, the 14.
In preparation of the winter storm that will dump large amounts of snow over the Capital Region Thursday in to Friday, many towns and cities have declared Snow Emergencies.
